  • General

    Can you produce seats with different fabrics?

    Yes. Upon request we can use leather, e-leather, icon fabric, vinyl, etc., in either standard or fire-resistant versions. By default, our seats are covered with thick black fabric.

    Do you develop/design seats on request?

    Sure! The modularity of our seats helps us to adapt our products to your needs. Under certain conditions, it may also be possible for us to develop a new seat for your specific application.

    What is your lead time, from ordering to shipping?

    The time required to complete a project varies. The required time is confirmed at the time of your project quotation.

    Do your products meet market standards, for example fire ones?

    What is the life cycle of Baultar seats?

    We estimate the life cycle of our seats to be 16 years. The modularity of our seats facilitates their maintenance.

    What is your warranty policy?

    Our usual warranty policy is two years after the shipping date. We invite you to view our limited warranty document to obtain more information on this topic.

    What is your RMA policy?

    What are your terms of payment?

    For the first order, we ask for complete payment before shipping the order. For subsequent orders, payment must be received within 30 days of delivery.
